Kenwood Pilates offers small group classes on mat, apparatus and small equipment. Classes are a cost effective way to supplement private trianing, or enhance your overall workout routine. We are committed to keeping class sizes small to ensure personalized attention and help students achieve a safe and effective workout. Class times are as follows:

Class Descriptions:
Reformer/Chair Combo: This intermediate level class begins with a mat warm up and review of the Pilates principles and then quickly progresses into a challenging full body workout utilizing the reformer and stability chair. Expect to feel longer, leaner, stronger, more centered and completely refreshed! Class participants are expected to have previous experience on the studio apparatus. The introductory package of private sessions (see below) will help you prepare for the class if you have no prior experience. Groups are limited to 4 participants. $125 for 5 of 6 classes (you can miss one, or come to all 6 and pay $150). Call 612-644-7272 or e-mail to reserve your spot.
Small Equipment Group Training: Experienced instructors lead fun, safe, and challenging Pilates workouts using fitness circles, foam rollers, stability balls, small weighted balls, flex bands, squishy balls and mat exercises. Groups are limited to 4 participants in order to provide individualized attention and maximum results. Some Pilates experience recommended. $100 for 5 of 6 classes (you can miss one, or come to all 6 weeks and pay $120). Call 612-644-7272 or e-mail to reserve your spot.
